EA FC 27 Ultimate Edition FC Points: When You Get All 6,000 and Where to Spend Them

EA FC 27 Ultimate Edition players receive 6,000 FC Points, but they are not delivered all at once.

EA has split the FC Points into three monthly drops, meaning players need to wait for the full amount. Here is exactly when the points arrive, how the system works and what you can spend them on in Ultimate Team.

How Many FC Points Does the Ultimate Edition Give?

The EA FC 27 Ultimate Edition includes:

6,000 FC Points total

The points are delivered in three equal drops of 2,000 FC Points.

The first drop is available when you first log in to EA FC 27.

The remaining drops are scheduled for the 15th of the following months.

EA FC 27 Ultimate Edition FC Points Schedule

If you received your first 2,000 FC Points when you first logged into the game, the expected schedule is:

First drop: 2,000 FC Points — First login

Second drop: 2,000 FC Points — October 15, 2026

Third drop: 2,000 FC Points — November 15, 2026

Total: 6,000 FC Points

You do not need to log in exactly on the 15th to receive the later drops. EA says eligible FC Points can be delivered the next time you log in if you did not log in immediately.

What If I Bought the Ultimate Edition After Launch?

The FC Points are still tied to the Ultimate Edition benefits.

EA states that Ultimate Edition players must complete the initial steps to receive the first FC Points distribution by August 1, 2027 to receive all 6,000 FC Points.

There is also a final redemption deadline. If the Ultimate Edition is redeemed after September 26, 2027, the FC Points will not be awarded.

What Can You Spend FC Points On?

FC Points are primarily used inside Ultimate Team.

Depending on the available content, you can use them for:

Ultimate Team Store packs

Ultimate Draft entries

Evolution slots

Season Pass content

Other eligible Ultimate Team content

FC Points can also be used for certain cosmetic content in other FC 27 areas where EA makes them available.

You do not need FC Points to play Ultimate Team. They are optional.

Where Should You Spend Your FC Points?

There is no single purchase that is best for every player.

Your choice depends on how you play Ultimate Team and what you want to build.

Players focused on improving their squad may want to look at available Store packs.

Players who enjoy Draft can use FC Points for Ultimate Draft entries.

Players interested in upgrading specific players can consider Evolution slots.

Players interested in seasonal rewards can use FC Points toward eligible Season Pass content.

Before spending your points, check the current Ultimate Team Store because the available content can change during the season.

Do Not Spend FC Points on Something You Already Own

This is particularly important for Ultimate Edition players who received eligible pre-order bonuses.

The Ultimate Edition pre-order included the Season 1 Premium Pass.

That means eligible players should check their account before spending FC Points on Season 1 Premium Pass content.

Ultimate Edition vs Ultimate Plus FC Points

There is also an Ultimate Plus Edition.

Ultimate Plus includes 10,000 FC Points delivered across five monthly drops.

The first drop arrives when you first log in, followed by additional drops on the 15th of the following months.

The Ultimate Plus Edition therefore gives players more FC Points and spreads them across a longer period.

The Important Dates

For the standard Ultimate Edition:

6,000 FC Points total

2,000 FC Points per drop

First drop: First login

Second drop: October 15, 2026

Third drop: November 15, 2026

Initial redemption deadline to receive all points: August 1, 2027

Final redemption after September 26, 2027: No FC Points awarded

Final Thoughts

EA FC 27 Ultimate Edition does not give players all 6,000 FC Points immediately.

Instead, the points arrive across three monthly drops, with 2,000 FC Points in each installment.

If you already have the Ultimate Edition, keep track of the monthly drops before spending everything from the first one.

The biggest thing to remember is simple: 6,000 FC Points does not mean 6,000 points on day one.
